Michael Proft

Michael Proft is Partner at Odgers Berndtson in Frankfurt and leads the global Industry Business & Professional Services. He focuses on the Technology, Media & Telecommunications sectors.

He specialises in providing advisory services in rapidly changing markets, especially consultancies, financial and technology markets. His functional expertise area is the “CFO Agenda”, including Finance, Strategy, Controlling, Accounting, Compliance & Regulatory, Tax & Legal. Michael joined Odgers Berndtson in 1995.

Having earned a degree in physics, he worked with a strategy and process consultancy and as CEO of an IT service provider. Michael’s professional commitment is to ensure a shared client-candidate benefit. Outside work, he is interested in astrophysics and in classic cars.
