Dana Janzen

Dana Janzen is a Senior Associate and Executive Coach within Odgers Berndtson's Leadership Advisory Practice. She works with individuals and teams on leadership development, coaching, onboarding and succession planning. Dana is certified in Hogan Assessments and uses the firm's proprietary LeaderFit assessment method to provide executives with insights and strategies to sharpen their presence and leadership competencies. 

With more than 20 years of experience across various industries, Dana is known for her ability to empower senior-level executives and their teams with new strategies to accelerate their ability to drive results and better meet the needs of their stakeholders.  

Dana is a Professional Certified Coach and a Certified Systemic Team Coach. She holds a Business degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a professional member of the International Coaching Federation.
