At Odgers Berndtson, Anne focuses on connecting people in the Life Sciences industry, including companies operating in the research, development and manufacturing of pharmaceuticals, med technology and medical devices. Finding the right leaders who can create impact, and - like her - believe innovation can change healthcare into health, and make a difference in quality of life.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Anne was responsible for business development and operations in the Benelux region at an Executive Search boutique. Preceding that, she worked for several pharmaceutical companies on a national and international level, fulfilling various management roles in Sales & Marketing.

Anne has a Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Her mantra is ‘change the way you look at things and the things you look at will change!’
