Next to the individual coaching, we also offer Systemic team coaching, aiming to help teams to operate most effectively as a 'system', consequently lead them through significant changes and create more value, using a stakeholder-based coaching approach. For guidance in developing high-performing teams, we use the building blocks in Lencioni's pyramid. To this we add our own layer: insight.
We believe that good collaboration starts with insight: insight into yourself, insight into others and insight into the goal for the team and the organisation. Who are you, who is the other and where do we want to go? And what does our team collectively look like? In this phase we deploy thorough individual assessments that form the basis for our next building blocks. From these insights we can build further. Every team has a different starting point, with different needs. Perhaps a lot has already been invested in trust and there is more need to engage in constructive conflict. Or even in optimizing the results to be achieved.
