Mikael Sternberg is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s Copenhagen office, where he focuses on Executive Search within the sectors Industry, Foods, Biotech and FMCG. Mikael is part of the Odgers Berndtson Global Industrial Practice, Chemical and Process Industry Practice and Professional Services Practice.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson Mikael has operated in Executive Search for a number of years after having spent more than 20 years in leading roles within the industry. He was part of the senior management teams in both Arla Foods and Danisco and he has served as CEO in both the packaging group Danapak and textile company Kwintet. Mikael has lived and worked internationally for a number of years and he holds experience from various company ownerships ranging from Private Equity to IPO as well as shared ownerships.
Mikael holds a Master Degree in Economics from CBS, and he has supplemented this with Executive Courses at Harvard Business School and INSEAD. Finally, Mikael has completed the Master Class Board Education with CBS Executive.
