Helen Childs

Helen is a Principal Consultant in the Healthcare Practice based in London. She focuses on mid-level Executive roles across the UK. She has experience recruiting across the NHS and throughout her career she has recruited into all functions including HR, ICT, Procurement, Operations and Transformation.

Helen started her career with a boutique recruitment business where she recruited to interim and permanent roles from mid-management level through to board level, within the NHS and broader Public Sector. Whilst there, she increasingly specialised in executive search solutions for NHS roles.

Helen graduated with an honours degree in History from Cardiff University and has lived and worked in China where she taught English to Chinese students.
