Annabel is an Associate in the Chair and Non-Executive Director Practice at Odgers Berndtson, based in the London office.
She has worked on searches in a range of sectors, including Financial Services, Technology, Media, Real Estate, Life Sciences, Extractives, Manufacturing and Consumer facing businesses; and across a number of ownership structures including private, listed and private equity-backed businesses. Annabel joined Odgers Berndtson in 2014 working in the public sector, where she built a significant track record of making non-executive director appointments across government and specialised in attracting commercial candidates in to the public sector. Prior to joining Odgers, Annabel was a behavioural therapist in Australia, providing early intervention to children with developmental delays.
She holds a BSc in Psychology from Curtin University.
