To help executives and senior leaders master the context and leadership skills to succeed in a new role or organisation, we offer onboarding support to invest in the success of both the executive and the organisation. To do so, we offer structured approach in which we guide the organisation and the executives through the first 6 months.
Step 1: Leadership analysis
In this phase we create insights in the executive’s competency profile by creating a LeaderFit profile. Adding to this, we conduct a culture fit analyses and make sure the executive’s goals are aligned with the mission and goals of the organisation.
Step 2: Organisation analysis
In the second phase, we offer a framework to build key relationships in the organisation and assess the strategic direction and vision. By this means, we clarify the success metrics for the first 6 months.
Step 3: Team alignment
In this phase, the focus is on assessing the team and organisational structure. What are the strengths available in the organisation? Are there any gaps? We will also focus on a 90 day review. How do direct reports, managers and other stakeholders assess the Executive? Based on this, plans and priorities can be reshaped.
Step 4: Strategic Direction
In the fourth phase, the focus is on designing the change agenda, setting long-term priorities and team development.
Step 5: Execution
In this phase, the Executive is aligned with the organisation and well equipped to execute the future strategy. After 6 months, we create a 6 months progress review.
