We have many talented and ambitious women at the top management level in Denmark. Denmark has many talented and ambitious women in senior management roles.
Nevertheless, at Odgers Berndtson, we have a strong hope and belief to see even more qualified women at the top.
For that reason, we are focusing on women at the top management level through our digital baton, which we call #Iam.
The baton is about talented female leaders sharing their own experiences, with the goal of inspiring and motivating others. They will then get the opportunity to acknowledge another female leader whom they find particularly inspiring, by passing the baton.
