Olaf H. Szangolies

Olaf is with Odgers Berndtson at the Frankfurt office since 2015. He advises companies on the allocation of executives in the manufacturing industry, especially in the automotive, commercial vehicle and supplier industries as well as in the electrical / electronics, technology, engineered components, capital equipment business and in the process industry. Olaf is member of the global automotive, industrial and supply chain management practices.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Olaf worked nine years for a major international HR consultancy. Here, he also recruited executives and specialists in the above mentioned sectors.

Olaf started his career as a lawyer in an international firm, specializing in the fields of contract and corporate law. Born in 1972, he completed his law degrees in Frankfurt and Madrid. Olaf is married and has three children.
