Maximilian Contzen is a Principal in Odgers Berndtson's Munich office and a member of the Technology, CIO and Business & Professional Services Practice. He advises management consultancies, auditing companies, Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies as well as other professional services firms on filling management positions. On a functional level, he also consults organizations in filling strategic HR and CFO roles.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson, he worked for six years in recruiting for renowned top strategy consultancies. Maximilian Contzen holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
