Analyze the market, derive search strategies and identify relevant executives
Pre-select the candidates by telephone interviews and accompany them through to the personal interview
Working closely with the project-leading consultant within the framework of operational project management up to successful placement of the candidate

Your profile

Completed university studies (Master or Diploma)
Very good communication skills in German and English language
Interest in economic interrelationships and corporate structures in various industries
Ideally, initial experience in project management, executive search, personnel consulting, recruiting or in HR
Customer and service orientation
Curiosity and good intuition for people
Team spirit and professionalism
Passion and enthusiasm
