Aaron Ashton

Aaron is a member of the Global Professional Services and Private Equity practices for Odgers Berndtson as well as Head of the Schools Practice for the Middle East.

Aaron has over twelve years’ experience in executive search at board and senior executive level. Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Aaron ran the international executive search practice for a leading education consultancy working with investors across Asia and the Middle East. Prior to that, Aaron helped establish and grow an executive search firm for TES Global, a PE backed education media company.

As an adjunct to his career in executive search, Aaron has been retained by boards to review executive remuneration. He completed his degree through The University of Manchester, PGCE at London Metropolitan University and his MBA at Henley Business School and has been a school governor serving two schools.
