Meg is responsible for reviewing, developing and implementing an overall knowledge management strategy for the company and the management of the various information teams at Odgers Berndtson.
Meg joined Odgers Berndtson in March 2005 as a Business Intelligence Analyst providing research on various companies, organisations and industries in the Business Intelligence team. She became Team Manager in August 2006 with additional responsibility for the assessment and management of the information resources in the company, the provision of training advice and guidance on search strategies, companies and markets as well as research support for the marketing activities of the company. Previously, Meg worked for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). She has also worked for the University of Leeds as their Work Experience Assistant where she helped students into relevant work placements and as a Library Assistant for Leicestershire County Council.
Meg graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in English Literature in 2000.
