Xavier Guzman

Xavier Guzman is a Partner and Head of Professional Services, Technology and IT Practices of Odgers Berndtson France.

During his early career at ECS (Société Générale), CA Technologies and SFR Group, he held various Sales Management and Business Units Director positions, launching new products and offers. From 1996 he was a Partner in Executive Search companies where he built and managed Executive Search teams dedicated to Information Systems, Professional Services and Global Technologies for both International Corporations and young Fast Growing Companies. Xavier joined Odgers Berndtson in 2011 to develop the Digital Transformation, Professional Services and Global Technology practices. He helps his clients recruit ExCom Members and Executives throughout Europe. Xavier also built a deep footprint in emerging Fintech, Insurtech, Artificial Intelligence and Data Management as well as recruiting for Private Equity portfolio companies.

Xavier graduated from Euromed Management School.
