Jaime Belmont

Jaime Belmont is Consultant at Odgers Berndtson Peru. He has more than 20 years of experience developing marketing strategies, positioning products and services, and launching different products with significantly increasing market share and brand recognition.  He has led the Commercial, Supply & Operations departments in the Health Care, Retail and Professional Service, leading organizations with more than 1,000 employees, with excellent results.

Jaime has worked at top level organizations such as Ralston Purina Agri-business, Biomont Laboratories in pharmaceuticals, Alicorp, in the consumer products industry, Adidas and Grandvision in the retail segment, AUNA in the Health Care industry and Stanton Chase in Professional Services giving him a broad knowledge on different Industries.

Jaime was born in Peru and completed his bachelor´s degree at the University of North Carolina. He later obtained his MBA, from Universidad del Pacifico, and a Master´s degree in Digital Marketing and Ecommerce from the University of Barcelona. At completion of the Executive Sales Leadership Program at Esan Graduate Business School, Jaime graduated with the highest grades of his class, providing him with the academic tools to be a seasoned salesman.
