Diane Gilley

Diane Gilley is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s San Francisco and Austin offices and a member of the firm’s Global Technology, Private Equity and Venture Capital Firms, Corporate Board, and CIO & Technology Officers Practices. Diane has worked with public, as well as private equity and venture capital backed clients, in Software/SaaS, Internet/E-Commerce, FinTech, IoT, and IT Consulting Services.

Diane has more than 20 years of C-suite executive search experience and was previously with Korn Ferry International, Heidrick & Struggles, and Russell Reynolds Associates.

She earned her BA in Communications and Public Relations from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
