The Female Leadership Accelerator Program delivers learning modules online. These modules are supported by group and individual coaching sessions.

The three modules are:

1. Power Up Presence and Impact
2. Mindset Reset – addressing self-limiting beliefs
3. Beginning with End in Mind – Creating an Intentional Career

What does the Accelerator Program include?

• This highly personalised program focuses on positive behaviour change.
• Each participant receives tailored video tutorials, handouts,
  and exercises for each of the three modules.
• Participants will have six group calls via Zoom; three individual coaching sessions
  and access to all individual and group call recordings.
• The program runs three times a year, with each program taking place over three months.
• The cost is €2,995 per person.
• This program is also available to be run in-house so that is can be tailored to the specific needs of the organisation.
