Nick is a Partner in the Financial Services Practice at Odgers Berndtson. Based in London, he specialises in senior appointments within corporate, investment and wholesale banking and has successfully worked on numerous Executive and Non-Executive financial services searches on a regional and global basis. Positions have included heads of coverage and product, as well as investment professionals within debt investment funds.

Nick has 14 years' search experience. Having spent seven years at a global search firm as sector leader responsible for all corporate banking and debt activities, he latterly established the wholesale banking practice for a London based financial services boutique. His search career started with an international recruitment firm in London, following 10 years with the Royal Navy specialising as a Submarine Officer. Nick has a BSc (Hons) degree from Oxford Brookes University in Geography and Environmental Sciences.
