Jessica Torres Underwood

Jessica Torres Underwood is a Principal in the Financial Services practice at Odgers Berndtson’s Singapore office. Her focus is on senior leadership roles across banking, insurance, asset and wealth management, and related financial services markets. In addition to covering Singapore and Southeast Asia clients, she collaborates closely with the regional and global Financial Services team to deliver successful searches in the APAC region and beyond.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Jessica worked in JP Morgan for nearly seven years, leading front office asset and wealth management recruitment for them in the Southeast Asia region, and delivering key strategic hires to the bank.  Before that, she worked at another Executive Search firm for over eight years in London and Singapore, focused on the private banking, asset management and family office segment, helping firms to build and grow their wealth management operations.

Jessica has a BA (Hons Class I) degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Essex, and a Master of Arts from the College of Europe in Belgium. She has lived in multiple countries, and has been in Singapore for more than twelve years.
