Jes is a Managing Partner whose specialist remit spans the UK in leading the Government Practice for Odgers Interim and Odgers Connect. Jes also has oversight for our private sector Interim Management practices in Financial Services, Digital and Technology.

Jes has over 20 years experience in the government sector. Initially working in Government he then went on to establish a number of interim, search and consultancy firms. Previously operating as a chief executive of a specialist interim management, consultancy and executive search company. Jes has been an advisor to the sector in identifying and developing talent in line with the current and future leadership challenges experienced in public and private sectors.

Jes has been a proud supporter of public sector leadership, often having spoken at events advocating the crossover skills of leaders in the public and private sectors. Jes is also a Director of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation where he has worked at Ministerial level in ensuring high standards across the industry and was involved in the influential Women in Boards working group on promoting gender equality at executive levels.
