Trevor Smith

Trevor Smith is a Partner with Odgers Berndtson’s Industrial Practice, based in the Toronto office. With over 10 years of search experience in both the public and private sectors, he has successfully completed numerous executive-level assignments with a focus on Energy, Manufacturing, and the broader Industrial sector.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Trevor held a leadership role at a boutique search firm where he worked with some of the country’s most highly-regarded companies in financial services, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications and manufacturing.

Trevor holds a BA in Political Science and History from Wilfrid Laurier University and has a Post-Graduate Human Resources Management certificate from Sheridan College. He is an active volunteer with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Toronto.
