Steacy Sun is a Partner at Odgers Berndtson. While she has covered a variety of sectors during her 20-year career in executive search, her core focus in recent years is on Life Sciences & Healthcare, Consumer and Professional Services. Steacy also leads the Human Resources Practice across the Asia Pacific, and works closely with the regional and global HR team. In this capacity, Steacy is responsible for recruiting HR Executives and Experts in Talent, Recognition & Reward, Employee Relations, Organization Effectiveness and Leadership Development across all sectors. Having worked in the executive search industry since 1999, Steacy is known for her natural flair in finding “game-changing” candidates.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Steacy Sun was Managing Director of a leading pan-Asian search firm, where she successfully completed many senior-level searches in Life Science, Healthcare, Consumer & Retail, Professional and Services sectors.

Steacy majored in English at Shanghai International Studies University and completed a Master of Science in Organization Development from Saint Joseph University in the United States.
