Jana Lijour

Jana Lijour is a Senior Consultant in the Industrial Practice and the Mining and Metals Practice at Odgers Berndtson. Jana brings more than 11 years of experience in global recruitment in the Mining and Metals sector. Her primary focus has been on recruitment of leaders to operational, technical, engineering and management roles for her clients. She has been instrumental in supporting clients in junior, mid-tier and major mining companies, along with companies who provide equipment and services to the sector.

Jana has built a strong professional network of highly skilled talent. She is able to source candidates for some of the toughest roles and geographical locations. She has developed a deep understanding of the mining sector through her work and by being afforded the opportunity to visit client operations to gain further insights.

Jana is currently working towards a CHRP Designation from Ryerson University. She brings strong language capabilities and is fluent in Spanish, English and French. She belongs to several industry associations including the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM), Hispanics in Mining and Women in Mining (WIM).
