Based in New York, NY, J Seo operates as Odgers Berndtson US’s Chief Data Officer and the Managing Director of Talent Insights & Analytics. Her teams deliver a disruptive vision through the integration of data, analytics, and insights intelligence strategy. She also aligns and develops our people capabilities, processes, and technical infrastructure. 

Focused on innovation and growth, J is an experienced solution-based leader who transforms and delivers digital strategy through the commercialization of data, products, and technology. She also oversees the continuous development and differentiation of our proprietary AI/ML technology and suite of people intelligence offerings—OBDynamics. 

J has spent most of her career focused on creative digital solutions as well as change management, process optimization, global strategy, and product launch. She speaks Korean and has a dual degree in Mathematics and Economics from Bucknell University.
