Dana is a Senior Associate and Executive Coach within Odgers Berndtson's Leadership Practice. She works with individuals and teams on leadership development, coaching, onboarding and succession planning. Dana is certified in Hogan Assessments and uses the firm's proprietary LeaderFit assessment method to provide executives with insights and strategies to sharpen their presence and leadership competencies.
With more than 20 years of experience across various industries, Dana's focus has been working directly with senior-level clients on their strategic goals, their ability to influence others and to drive results for their organizations.
She holds a Business degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is an Associate Certified Coach, as well as an Adler Trained Coach. Dana also serves as the Lead Facilitator of the Women's Executive Network's Executive Peer Mentoring Program.
