Benoît Grenier is a Partner in the Montreal office of Odgers Berndtson. He focuses on recruiting C-suite, Board and senior-level executives across a broad range of sectors. With over twenty-five years of senior leadership experience and success in human resources management and consulting, Benoît works closely with clients and candidates whom he serves as a trusted and valuable advisor.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Benoît led the Human Resources function of a fast-growing manufacturer of advanced biofuels and renewable chemicals, focusing on building its workforce and deploying world-class talent management and organizational development strategies in Canada and internationally. He was previously Partner and Eastern Canada Market Business Leader at Mercer where he led the Rewards and Talent consulting practice, serving the complex needs of large regional and global clients. Prior to Mercer, he worked at building and growing Deloitte’s Human Capital consulting practice in Quebec and led the manufacturing industry segment of that line of business for Deloitte in Canada. Benoît previously held senior corporate HR management roles at Bombardier Transportation, Bombardier Aerospace, and Pratt & Whitney Canada, where he contributed to the success of multiple global business transformations.
Benoît holds a Master of Business Administration from HEC Montreal School of Business, a Master’s Degree in European Administration Studies from the College of Europe in Belgium, and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from the University of Montreal.
