Dr. Tracy Cocivera Joins Odgers Berndtson as Head of Executive and Team Coaching Services

In a recent global survey of nearly 2,000 executives that we conducted in partnership with Harvard Business Review Analytics, we found that only 15% were confident in their leadership’s ability to manage through disruption. And while all organizations reported being challenged by legacy systems and operations, it was the leadership mindset that seemed to separate the confident from the less so. Not surprisingly, traits such as adaptability, resilience, emotional intelligence and courage were identified as being critical for leaders who must be consistently adapting to change and transforming their organizations.
Helping to strengthen leaders and their teams is a critical part of the work we do at Odgers Berndtson and it is why we are pleased to announce that Dr. Tracy Cocivera has joined as Partner and Head of our Executive and Team Coaching Services. An organizational psychologist, certified coach and leadership assessment expert, Dr. Cocivera brings 20 years of expertise in top team and board effectiveness, leadership transformation and talent management.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Dr. Cocivera built the largest executive coaching practice in Canada and delivered leading-edge global coaching methodologies and solutions to clients across North America. She has worked with some of Canada’s leading companies to help them integrate coaching into broader human capital strategies. Dr. Cocivera is also known for her thought leadership and is a regular contributor to Forbes and a sought-after keynote speaker on topics such as how to build a coaching culture, systemic executive and team coaching, and building authentic followership through presence and strategic influence.
