In this new role, he will build on his success and lead the firm in creating a more integrated and client-centric approach to delivering executive search and leadership services across the country. Anthony will also draw on his many years of business development training and leadership in organizations such as E&Y, Oracle, and IBM and his eight years in executive search.

“Anthony brings a holistic and disciplined approach to everything he does and works incredibly hard to build deep and meaningful relationships with his clients, candidates and colleagues,” says Carl Lovas, CEO & Chair at Odgers Berndtson. “I’m confident that, under his leadership, we will continue to innovate, grow and provide unparalleled service to our clients.”

Over the last few years, Anthony has completed a course on Leading Professional Service Firms at Harvard Business School and a certificate on Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption at INSEAD. He is currently enrolled in a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies program at the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph and sits on the board of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).

In addition to his new role, Anthony will continue to lead the firm’s Technology and Professional Services practices.
