Peter Henry

Peter is the Managing Partner of the Scotland Practice and leads the teams in our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices. Peter manages all commercial search activities and handles many of the firm's most senior appointments in Scotland.

He is an experienced headhunter having operated in the UK, Asia, Middle East and North Africa. His areas of expertise lie at board level in the financial services, industrial and consumer sectors. Previously, Peter spent six years in Dubai where he worked for another global executive search firm and led their technology, telecoms and consumer practice in the Middle East and North Africa.

Prior to this, he was based in Shanghai with Odgers Berndtson with the responsibility for establishing the firm's mainland China presence. Following the successful acquisition and integration of a local search business, Peter moved with Odgers Berndtson to Dubai. Peter began his career in financial services with Newton Asset Management prior to entering search in 1996. He is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh.
