Mako Kosuge

Mako specialises in executive leadership appointments in the technology industry.

She also advises our clients on diversity and inclusion in their leadership teams.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she worked in a leading global research and advisory firm, where she helped Japanese tier-1 technology vendors develop strategies that drive growth. 

Mako began her career at a Japanese telecommunications carrier, where she worked with enterprises, Japanese government offices and the US military. In addition to her 13-year experience in sales, Mako has also run and managed the operations of an American technology services company in Japan.

Mako holds a BA degree in International Relations from Tsuda College.
