Sebijn is a leadership practice consultant, working across all practices within Odgers Berndtson Netherlands. On a broad range of leadership challenges. From carrying out in-depth executive assessments to development and coaching - for both individuals, teams and organisations. Focusing on individual talent, skills and interests within the context of a business. This way she contributes to optimising a business - through thorough, impactful analyses and interventions.

Sebijn joined Odgers Berndtson in 2016 as a Research Consultant within the Healthcare practice: carrying out preliminary research and conducting first interviews with candidates. Prior to this she worked within youth care - already determined to contribute to people’s life in a meaningful way.

Sebijn has a Bachelor in Pedagogy and a Pre-Master in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. She loves travelling, exploring different cultures and people.
