LeaderBlueprint

Our LeaderBlueprint represents the methodology we use to assess candidates, both during searches and assessments. This LeaderBlueprint provides a comprehensive framework for evaluating executives against competencies (the ‘how’), experiences (the ‘what’), and motivational drivers (the ‘why’) required for success – both now and in the future.

We leverage a variety of different methods to assess and ‘triangulate’ these three elements, which helps us support executives to enhance their awareness, impact and performance within context. Our framework consists of the following pillars:

How - LeaderFit Our LeaderFit Model defines the 10 competencies we use to determine how successfully an executive will lead the organisation and his/her team as well as respond to challenges.
What - LeaderPrimed : Our LeaderPrimed Model describes the 11 dimensions we use to determine whether an executive had the background and expertise required to successfully perform within the context of an organisation.
Why - LeaderDrive Our LeaderDrive Model identifies factors to determine in what way an executive has the motivation to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
