Kester Scrope

Kester Scrope is the CEO of Odgers Berndtson.

His career began in industry within the paper and packaging sector. He held various senior positions within the Mondi division of Anglo American plc, including Commercial Director of the £300million UK business and subsequently Innovations Director for Mondi Packaging Europe. Subsequently, as Commercial Director, he was on the board of an AIM listed company and has consulted to a wide range of businesses in sectors as diverse as engineering, motor-racing, healthcare and shipping. He is a member of the Advisory Council of TheCityUK.

Kester has a BA Hons in History from Newcastle University and MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
