Oleksiy Komlichenko

Oleksiy is a Partner of Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, responsible for the development of Financial Service, Oil & Gas and Public Sector practices in Ukraine. He works on Executive and Supervisory board-level search assignments for state-owned enterprises, commercial banks, investment companies and private equity funds.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Oleksiy was the head of HR at a leading investment bank. He was responsible for forming teams within different functions. Previously, Oleksiy worked for the largest real estate developer in Ukraine as a talent acquisition manager.

Oleksiy graduated from Kyiv National Economic University with a Master's degree in International Investment Management.
