Agnieszka Zajac

Agnieszka is a Partner and Head of Odgers Berndtson’s Luxembourg office.

With more than 15 years of executive search and talent management experiences, Agnieszka focuses on recruiting business leadership at the board, executive and non-executive levels, working with clients active in industry, not-for-profit and services sectors. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in March 2018, Agnieszka spent more than 10 years working for local and international headhunting firms based in Luxembourg.

Agnieszka has a joint degree in languages and economics from the Adam Mickiewicz University and the Poznan Economic Academy in Poland, and a post-university degree from the Poznan Economic Academy and the Rennes Management Institute in France. She also accomplished the Aspiring Directors Program with INSEAD, focused on Governance. Agnieszka is fluent in French, English and Polish.
