Odgers Berndtson is pleased to announce that Nathalie Francisci has joined our Montreal office as a Partner.
Recognized as a leader in the search industry in Quebec, Nathalie will be focused on senior-level assignments in the financial services sector, as well as for crown corporations and large not-for-profit organizations. Also an expert on governance and diversity issues, Nathalie currently sits on a number of boards, including as co-chair of the Board of the ICD Quebec Chapter Board.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Nathalie built a successful executive search business, which she sold in 2008. She has received several awards for her entrepreneurship including the Medium Enterprise Entrepreneur Award and the JCCM’s Arista Award. Named “Top HR Woman” in 2012 by Premières en Affaires Magazine, Nathalie is a regular columnist for Les Affaires and HRJob.
Nathalie holds a Marketing Degree from the Université de Paris XI and a degree in Human Resources Management from IGS Paris. She also holds a CHRP and ICD.D designation.
