Odgers Interim - the specialist in interim management appointments – has been ranked number one by 2,758 interim executives in The Institute of Interim Management’s (IIM) annual Interim Service Provider Survey. Odgers Interim topped the poll of some 80 providers. Its position in the 2013 survey was number two.
Every year The IIM - the independent professional institute for interim managers - conducts the comprehensive poll which is designed to inform and accelerate success within the interim community.
Grant Speed, Managing Director, commented:
“Firstly, I would like to thank everyone who took the time to vote in this year’s survey. We are humbled to come first as we recognise the talents of our colleagues who operate alongside us within the interim provider community.
"We are delighted and the survey is testament to the professionalism and efforts of the whole Odgers Interim team – especially as we pride ourselves on our collaborative approach and the depth of knowledge and passion that exists within the business.
"Our focus has always been on adding value to both the interims we work with and to our clients by taking the time to understand their individual drivers and requirements. We feel we achieve this via in-depth market specific knowledge and by building up long-term relationships, consultative partnerships, empathy and trust. Those important factors really are at the very core of what we do; day-in, day-out.
"The last 18 months have been an exciting period for Odgers Interim as we have welcomed several new members to our team, we have continued to develop and grow our practice areas and we have once again staged a diverse calendar of events right across the UK.
"As a business, we know that we still have room for improvement and we do not take anything for granted. It is, of course, very nice to hear positive feedback and to receive accolades such as this. However, I am also always keen to listen to new ideas and to suggestions that could help us perform better, so please do feel free to get in touch.
"Moving forward, we will continue to invest in our people and the quality of the services we deliver. Our aim is to ensure that the Odgers Interim brand name continues to grow and retains its profile within the interim marketplace.
"Whilst Ad van der Rest MIIM, Chairman of the IIM, added: “The Institute of Interim Management congratulates Odgers Interim on placing first in the IIM's annual survey of leading interim service providers (agencies) this year. Odgers Interim has maintained a top five placing every year since the start of our annual survey in 2010. Consistent quality is very important to interim managers and executives for whom leading providers are a significant route to market for their powerful business solutions. I’d like to extend my personal congratulations to Grant Speed and the whole team at Odgers Interim.”
