The University is now seeking a Director of Diversity and Talent Management to lead and drive the overarching strategy for Diversity including coordination and external representation of diversity related activity. This portfolio is coupled with responsibility for driving talent and workforce planning, engagement and development of people for the University.
Reporting to the Chief Executive People and Diversity, the Director will work as an integral part of the People and Diversity portfolio, in partnership with the senior management group and lead a team of professional specialists that deliver a range of people strategies and solutions across the University.

Candidates will have extensive experience at the senior level in the strategic, professional and operational leadership of a Human Resource function in a complex service delivery environment.
As a skilled HR generalist, you will have the capacity to work at the strategic and operational levels, demonstrated experience in leading diversity and inclusion programs as well as change management programs more generally and broad experience across developing and implementing workforce planning and management initiatives. The role is suited to experienced and collaborative HR leaders with exceptional interpersonal communication skills and values that focus on building a talented workforce to be the best they can be.
