Peg Eva

Peg Eva is a member of the board practice and is based in London. She manages the Reference Service whilst also conducting search assignments in a number of different sectors and for a variety of functions. Peg has been in executive search for over 20 years. After a varied early career, including time in the Scotch Whisky industry and Investment Banking (with 3i), she joined Arthur Young in 1984 to help set up a new head-hunting division. In 1986 she moved to Thomson Partners Ltd, the foremost Scottish search firm that was also one of the founder members of Euram, one of the first pan-european search organisations. She was a partner for eleven years and ran the London office for five years before setting up her own business in 1997 conducting search and selection assignments for a wide range of functions and industries. She joined Odgers in December 2005. Peg speaks French, German and Spanish and has an MA (Hons) degree from the University of Edinburgh and an MBA from City University Business School.
