Nana Matetskaya is a Senior Consultant in Odgers Berndtson’s Moscow office. She specializes in recruiting HR Directors, key HR Specialists as well as Safety Services Directors for Russian and International Companies. She is also actively involved in management assessment.

Previously she was the Head of the Lyte Talent Solutions recruiting company (partner company of Odgers Berndtson Russia) and has over ten years of experience in search.

Nana graduated from the D. I. Mendeleev Russian Chemical Technology University and has completed executive business programs at INSEAD, Wharton and IMD.
