Karan Jerath

Based in Gurgaon, Karan Jerath is an Associate in the Technology practice of Odgers Berndtson India. Karan has over a decade of experience in executive and candidate research.

Most recently, Karan was with a leading global retained search where he was an Associate aligned with the consumer markets practice, responsible for end to end delivery of leadership search mandates. Prior to that, Karan worked as an Assistant Manager – Research in the captive unit of this global retained search firm for over eight years. He provided research support to worldwide offices and worked in multiple sectors, such as Consumer, Technology, and Industrial. Karan began his career in 2004 and worked in an outsourcing firm in Noida as a Senior Customer Contact Officer, focusing on managing market research surveys for a diverse set of clients across different sectors.

Karan holds an MBA in Marketing from EIILM University and B.Com (P) from the Delhi University, School of Open Learning.
