Chania Stempowski

Joint Managing Director Cape Town, Johannesburg

Chania is the joint Managing Director for Sub Saharan Africa, based in Cape Town, where she leads the Retail & Consumer practice and actively participates in the organisation’s financial management practice.

She works across industries and functions in the Western Cape. In addition, she is the CFO for the Sub Saharan region where her responsibilities include financial management, IT, HR and facilities management. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in South Africa, where she completed her articles and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Chania spent several years abroad working in the financial services sector.
