Ayşe Öztuna Bozoklar founded five different businesses; Profil International Talent Management Solutions in Turkey in 1991 (in Germany in 1994) Odgers Berndtson Turkey Executive Search & Leadership Advisory in 1998,
Corporate Development International (CDI) in 1998, Profiles International GmbH in 1999 and Valyoubel AG in 2013, serving leading companies in the areas of talent relationship management and providing digital solutions in
Turkey and German-speaking European countries.

As the Founding Partner, Chairman of the Board of Profil International, Turkey's premier human resources management consultancy firm, and Odgers Berndtson Turkey a leading executive search & leadership advisory firm in Turkey and the region, she was one of the first management consultants using psychometric analysis in executive search, assessment and leadership development processes in Turkey.

Ayşe Öztuna Bozoklar, lectured ‘‘Career Management and Leadership Development’’ in Istanbul Bilgi University MBA Program between 2003-2005.

In 2005 she was awarded as the “Most Successful Business Women in the HR Consultancy Sector” by Dünya, a prominent business focused newspaper. As a sought after thought leader in leadership development arena, she was invited to share her wisdom in her weekly column for the following three years.

For more than 30 years, structuring the Executive Boards and appointment of C-suite & senior executives and acting as the trusted advisor with strategic succession planning challenges of leading Turkish conglomerates and international companies operating in diverse sectors have been her primary focus.

Also serving on the board of Corporate Governance Association of Turkey, she has contributed significantly to further the development of board members including shareholders, family members, startup co-founders and Csuite executives. For more than 15 years, running the interactive 2 day "International Board Dynamics Programme", also in Turkey, with international partners, her work has helped optimisation of board performance.

Ayşe Öztuna Bozoklar has contributed to the development of numerous leading organizations via tailored solutions and an integrated - wholistic approach in Turkey and in the region through the companies / partnerships she has established and countless consultancy projects she has successfully completed. She has pioneered best practice know-how in CEO & Board Practice, Executive Search, International Assignments and Executive Talent Review & Development services.

Ayşe Öztuna Bozoklar has been appointed as Honorary Consul of Antigua and Barbuda as of May 2016.
