Karen has over 20 years’ experience as a consultant and as an in-house HR practitioner. In her roles as a talent management leader across Asia and Europe, she worked to build healthy leadership pipelines, established diverse high potential programmes, and drove culture change efforts. Karen has also worked at top management and talent consulting companies helping clients to both resolve their talent challenges and leverage their strengths. Her work has covered leadership assessments (from emerging talent to C-suite), development programmes, succession planning, talent strategies and executive search. Her global clients are across a variety of industries including financial services, professional services, life sciences, industrial, and not-for-profit.
Karen is a graduate of Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, where she specialized in Human Resources Management. She is accredited in Hogan, Saville Wave, MBTI, Strengths Profile and Korn Ferry psychometric instruments. She is also a certified Transformational Coach. Born in Malaysia, Karen has lived in New Zealand, the UK, Italy and Singapore, and leverages her international exposure and cross-cultural understanding to support her work with her clients.
