Ramit N Bhel

Ramit N Bhel is a Partner with Odgers Berndtson based in the New Delhi office. He is a member of the firm's consumer and retail practice with a special focus on senior-level mandates across FMCG/FMCD, D2C & Omnichannel Retail, Leisure & Hospitality, Consumer Health, Digital/Media.

He brings extensive experience in the executive search industry having worked with leading multinational (SHREK) search firms in the past. He has successfully placed senior-level leaders across general management, functional, and varied business leadership roles across Indian and multinational organizations.  In addition to consumer, he also carries out selective mandates for the Industrial, Education, and Professional Services practice. Prior to working in executive search, he successfully ran his own entrepreneurial venture in the digital space. He began his career working for Merrill Lynch in New York within the technology infrastructure group.

Ramit holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and an M.B.A. from the S.P. Jain School of Global Management (Dubai | Singapore).
