Dr. Marco Henry V. Neumueller

Marco Henry Neumueller helps to recruit executives for senior management positions. He mainly serves clients in the manufacturing, technology (including medical technology and (opto) electronics), automotive supplier and consumer goods industry. His diverse background makes him a trusted adviser to companies of all sizes; however, he focuses on midsized companies in general and family firms in particular.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in 2019, Marco served as Associated Partner and Head of Business Development Manufacturing for a consulting subsidiary of Porsche. Earlier, he spent many years with Festo - a globally active family-owned automation company.

Marco holds a Master’s degree in electrical engineering and information technology from the University of Stuttgart. Subsequently, he earned Masters‘ degrees in Business Law and General Management with periods of study in the USA, UK, Sweden, Japan and South Korea. In addition, he received his PhD in economics from the Witten Institute for Family Business of Witten/Herdecke University.

He is founder of the platform „Familienunternehmen im Fokus“ (www.familienunternehmen.eu) and regularly publishes articles on family business related topics.
