Eduardo Carriquiry

Eduardo Carriquiry is Consultant at Odgers Berndtson Peru. He has more than 30 years of experience in top management roles in large multinational companies, such as P&G and PepsiCo, plus valuable tenures in several family-owned consumer goods, industrial and retail B2B and B2C companies in Perú.  His positions included CEO, VP, and General Manager, as well as Senior Management roles across sales, marketing, and operations. He has also extensive experience participating as an independent board member in various sectors and companies. In 2022 he got firsthand exposure to Executive Search as Senior Consultant for Stanton Chase.

In recent years, Eduardo has led the transformation and added value to family-owned companies by using modern HR management tools and practices.

He has been a speaker at the World Retail Congress in Germany and at the Peruvian Marketing Congress. He has also given multiple business lectures at Latin American Universities.

Eduardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Lima, a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Pittsburgh, and executive education in marketing and finance from Harvard and Wharton. Additionally, he completed the Specialization Program for board members from the Universidad de Piura. He speaks Spanish and English.
