Dania Zargaran is a Consultant with Odgers Berndtson, based in Toronto. She specializes in assessing and developing senior-level talent in Canada and internationally, across a broad range of functional roles within both the public and private sectors.
Dania is passionate about providing organizations with strategic solutions for their human capital needs. She first joined Odgers Berndtson as a Research Associate in 2015, and was responsible for industry trend analysis in support of the firm’s consulting and business development activities. Prior to working with Odgers Berndtson, Dania was selected as a finalist in the firm’s national CEOx1Day program. She also had the pleasure of working as an Intern at BMW Financial Services for two summers.
Dania holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. She is also an active member of the Odgers Berndtson Diversity Committee.
