Andie Rees is the Managing Partner of the Technology Practice across Asia Pacific for Odgers Berndtson. Whilst specialising in executive/leadership appointments across the technology spectrum, he has been at the forefront of several waves of transformation and disruption across multiple sectors.

Primarily in start-ups or taking a business through an organizational pivot, Andie has spent over 35 years in sales and General Management leadership positions for Technology & Software companies both in EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Prior to moving to Singapore in 1995 to start up the regional business for a Silicon Valley technology company, he spent ten years in London in IT/Telecommunications sales leadership positions. Andie began his career on a Graduate Electrical Engineering program in the industrial/manufacturing sector before travelling the world as an engineering officer with P&O & Princess Cruises.
